TERMS AND CONDITIONS – NET Adda
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Net Adda platform (“Platform”), including the website netadda.in and the Net Adda mobile application.
By registering, subscribing, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
1. User Registration and Eligibility
- To access Net Adda Services, users must register by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
- Registration is permitted only to individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.
- Each account is personal and non-transferable.
- Net Adda reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false details, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate these Terms.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must immediately notify Net Adda at +91 9371715971 or grievance@NETAdda.inin case of unauthorized access.
2. Payment and Subscription Terms
- The subscription fee for Net Adda is ₹365 per year (equivalent to ₹1 per day), payable in advance.
- Subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each 12-month term.
- All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of specific promotional offers or exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Net Adda.
- By subscribing, users agree to commit to the full 12-month subscription period.
- Upon successful payment, users gain uninterrupted access to Services—including mock tests, live classes, recorded videos, downloadable content, AI chatbot features, and other study resources—for the subscription period.
3. Content Usage and Intellectual Property Rights
- Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the content for their educational purposes only.
- Redistribution, public sharing, commercial exploitation, or unauthorized reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.
- Violations may result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.
- All content on the Platform - including but not limited to courses, quizzes, mock tests, videos, notes, PDFs, and past-year papers - is the exclusive property of Net Adda its licensors.
4. Refund, Cancellation, and Policy Modification
- Payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
- Refunds may only be granted for:
- Specific promotional offers, if explicitly stated, or
- Exceptional cases, as determined solely by Net Adda.
- Net Adda reserves the right to modify fees, features, or policies at any time. Users will be notified through the Platform or via email.
- Continued use of Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
5. User Conduct and Platform Security
- Users must maintain respectful and professional behavior in all interactions with instructors, staff, and other learners.
- Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
- Hacking, disrupting, or attempting to compromise Platform security.
- Sharing accounts or login details with others.
- Spamming, fraudulent behavior, or misuse of Platform resources.
- Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban, and possible legal consequences.
6. Advertisements and Third-Party Links
- The Platform may display advertisements, promotions, or links from third-party partners.
- Dealings with such third parties are solely between the user and the advertiser.
- Net Adda is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such dealings.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
- Net Adda does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.
- Net Adda is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, including those caused by technical issues, outages, or reliance on study materials provided through the Platform.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Net Adda, its partners, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform or Services.
- Content you upload, share, or transmit.
- Breach of these Terms.
- Infringement of intellectual property or rights of third parties.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.
